16 Studio is a design tool for the companies of the 16 group. It is operated by Global Compass L.L.C-FZ ("we"). This page explains what information 16 Studio uses and why.
What we collect
- Your Google account details. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use them to recognise you and to check that you were invited.
- What you create. The briefs and messages you write, and the images and captions that are made from them.
- Company material. Brand material and photos that your company provides for its work, and, once your company connects it, files from the company's own Google Drive.
Why we use it
Only to provide 16 Studio to your company's own team: to make the designs you ask for, to show them to the right people, and to keep your company's library. We do not sell your information, we do not show advertising, and we do not use it for any unrelated purpose.
Who processes it
We use third-party providers to host 16 Studio and to run the AI that makes the designs. They receive your requests only so the service can work, and handle them under their own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep information while your company uses 16 Studio. You can ask us to delete your information, or your company's material, at any time by writing to the contact address below, and we will delete it within 30 days, except copies in server backups, which are replaced within 7 days, and anything we must keep by law.
Security
Access is limited to invited people, each company only sees its own work, and data is protected in transit and on our servers.
Google user data
16 Studio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
